What it does
- Daily time limits
- Set a different limit for each day, like 2 hours on school days and 4 on weekends. Time on several PCs adds up, and your child gets a heads-up before the PC locks.
- Allowed hours
- Choose when the PC can be used. Late at night or when it's time for school, it stays locked.
- Limits for games and apps
- Give each app its own rule: one hour of Roblox a day, or block a game completely. Just pick from the apps recently used on your child's PC.
- Lock or add time from your phone
- Homework first? Tap [Lock now]. Kept their promise? Tap [+30m]. It reaches your child's PC right away. If you're nearby, you can also unlock it on the lock screen with your parent PIN.
- Screenshots
- See a snapshot of your child's screen at a set interval, or whenever you ask. Screenshots are deleted automatically after 7 days. Please tell your child before you turn this on.
- Usage stats
- Charts show daily time, which days and hours the PC gets used most, and how much goes to games and other apps. Every Monday morning we email you a summary of the week before.

Talk with your child first
PC-Timer isn't for watching your child in secret. Decide together how long and when they can use the PC, and let them know up front that usage is recorded and screenshots may be taken. Clear rules mean fewer arguments.
